@ScotRail The last time I tried to use my season ticket on the bus when trains were cancelled the bus driver knew nothing about it despite scotrail site saying otherwise.
@ScotRail It's probably started to melt now as the sun is coming out but first thing in the morning when it's cold surely prevention is better than a cure. Thanks for your help
@ScotRail it is Cumbernauld. Is it not the responsibility of the ticket office staff? There is someone there this morning at Cumbernauld-told me it wasn't icy when he looked. The stairs are particularly bad, he didn't seem concerned. Cumbernauld was always gritted til recent change of staff
Seems that Cumbernauld station isn't being gritted now that the usual staff member has left. Steps onto platform very slippy & platforms not gritted @ScotRail
@wendyhemsworth That's great you got a better deal. Definitely worth shopping around. There are so many spam messages on this threat from those claiming to be from EE asking for a follow back & DM to help!
@EE I have to agree with everyone here - there is no incentive to stay & one of your agents tried to sell me broadband to get the price of my phone down which is counterintuitive when money saved is then going towards the BB. definitely considering another provider sadly
@veggiekrays@EE It definitely pay to shop around with mobile contracts. I'm on a rolling sim now adter my contracted ended earlier this month. I'll sit tight and see if any deals do come up.
@briavelsjon I'm not interested in getting the newest and best phone. Companies should still reward loyal customers & not try and get more money out of them by offering BB to keep the cost of a phone contract down which makes no sense when the money saved is then going to the BB!
@ScotRail It was the machines in both grahamston & Cumbernauld. Was fine this morning but then conductor had bother scanning my card with his machine
Just heard that @omniplexcinema is coming to glasgow on 2026 & taking over where Cineworld was in Renfrew street. Exciting news & looking forward to enjoying lots of movies when it opens next year ๐
The rudeness of one of the control room staff @Scotambservice was uncalled for whilst I was trying to help a young boy this evening. Maybe some need to work on their manners!
@ScotRail Not when you get a season ticket for a month & the link can't seem to provide accurate information. I'll just have to wait until season ticket prices increase before finding out for sure how much I will be!
@ScotRail Ahh ok....you are right I use the ticket that is not via Glasgow - I didn't see that as an option given. So the 137.90 will be the price when the off peak prices as done away with in September, is that correct?
@ScotRail I travel from Cumbernauld to grahamston, mon-fri so I get a monthly ticket which was around ยฃ130 odds - at the new prices for a 5 days monthly ticket its working out at ยฃ222.40 - surely that can't be right ๐ณ
