To all the amazing teachers out there, try to not feel anxious about tomorrow. You’re doing your best for the children, for your families and for yourself. It’ll be tough but you’ll get through it, you always do ⭐️
Edutwitter be going wild over this tweet. Just wait till you find out she's into thinking hats, learning styles and Bloom's taxonomy. And believe me, you do NOT want to know her opinions about displays.
@MrsA90 So sorry to hear this happened to you 💗 take time for yourself but then report to someone and try and get out as it sounds toxic. Sending so much love Xx
@missayling Don’t panic! Getting the right job is far more important than getting any job. You can always do supply if not which is great fun, teaches you a lot and often leads to a long term role.

Today queuing @Tesco a lady heard me talking about school and asked if I was a teacher, when I replied yes she said what a brilliant job we are all doing. This was the 1st time during the pandemic I’ve heard something positive about teachers. It was a lovely moment 😍
If a child has spent the last 3 months reading, talking about current events and learning to:
play the drums
cook meals for their family
make jewellery
care for a puppy
are we really going to say that they're 'behind' because they missed fronted adverbials and fractions?
@KateHeap1@MrEPrimary@BookSuperhero2@teacher_mr_r@one_to_read The Last Leopard- Lauren StJohn beautiful book about saving animals in the wild (and part of a series). Also an oldie now but as a child I loved Carbonel- about a little girl who finds a witches cat.
Incredibly powerful poem written by one of my amazing pupils in Zephaniah class, named after @BZephaniah and following in his footsteps with their poetry....
