Mon framework de pensée sur la gestion du temps.

Aujourd’hui, la valeur minimale de mon temps est d’environ 600 €/heure (et probablement davantage si je prends en compte le coût d’opportunité lié à Argil).

Samedi, en 5 heures, j’ai vendu 10 sessions de 30 minutes à 300 € chacune.

À partir de là, ma règle est simple :

Si une tâche ne m’apporte ni plaisir, ni apprentissage, ni effet de levier, et que je peux la déléguer ou acheter un service pour la faire à ma place, je le fais sans hésiter.

Chaque heure passée sur une tâche à faible valeur est une heure que je n’investis pas dans ce qui crée réellement de la valeur.

Quand votre temps devient votre actif le plus précieux, vous devez le gérer comme tel.

Le vrai luxe n’est pas l’argent.

C’est de choisir sur quoi vous passez vos heures.
