@AvalonianOne @DerbyshireRPU My point is we are not good at learning collectively , so catching numerous people for speeding isn’t going to reduce speeding. Instead of campaigning for speed traps, residents should campaign for a change to the road’s conditions. As you say some people won’t obey anything.
