Accel backed $NBIS in 2024, and this could turn out to be one of the best AI investments of this decade.
They also backed Anthropic, Thinking Machines and Cursor, among others. A fantastic team of nonlinear thinkers.
I disagree. Software products that sprawled across categories (docs, calendars, time tracking, whiteboards for every user persona in the company) have been eroded by AI. Tools that are embedded in your engineering workflow are among the best positioned as code output explodes and teams need to coordinate developers + agents. @linear the prime example.
Cursor truly is the greatest
almost falling asleep but assigned @cursor_ai agents to some @linear issues lol
honestly, this is the future
by the time i’ll wake up these will be reviewed by tools like Bugbot
just gonna test if they work, and merge
life is good
Today is a hard day. I shared this note with the @linear team today: We’ve made the difficult decision to increase our workforce. This is not a cost-cutting exercise or a reflection of anyone’s performance. We’re simply reimagining every role for the agentic AI era. We’re hiring. We’re sorry about that.
The Cursor SDK can be used to both:
1. Build local, hackable agents with any model
2. Ship products on top of managed cloud agents
It handles the harness, sandboxing, computer use, demo videos, GitHub integration, etc. Super cool.
Its been great working with the @BakerTillyUS team.
Excited for the future of agent enabled services and how we can work together to deliver more value to clients
SpaceXAI and @cursor_ai are now working closely together to create the world’s best coding and knowledge work AI.
The combination of Cursor’s leading product and distribution to expert software engineers with SpaceX’s million H100 equivalent Colossus training supercomputer will allow us to build the world’s most useful models.
Cursor has also given SpaceX the right to acquire Cursor later this year for $60 billion or pay $10 billion for our work together.
On a recent call with founders there was an uncertaintly how much is AI actually helping our companies?
I looked at our last two quarters:
Q4 2025 → Q1 2026
• Resolved work: 5,697 → 10,254 (+80%)
• Bug resolutions: 1,278 → 2,483 (+94%)
Agent delegation inside Linear is also rising quickly:
• Feb: 10.1%
• Mar: 17.4%
• Apr MTD: 24.4%
• In April the @linear agent is now solving 57% of the bugs reported.
(this does not capture all of the local agent work engineers do outside of Linear)
@karrisaarinen@slimjimmy Don’t change anything —> you’re a luddite, don’t understand AI, need to pivot!!
Change something—> you’re following the herd, have no product instincts!! It’s all over!
