@shellenergy was sold to @TalkTalk without any care to customers. Internet at home not working, and when works it looks like this:
No communication, no clear way to complain and stuck with a contract when no proper service is provided. Days of misery. #fail #neveragain

@LATAM_BRA The assistance is simple: don’t sell tickets that you cannot honour the terms: if you cannot fit all cabin luggage you sell that’s your problem, not the customer issue. You are selling a service you cannot provide.

@thameswater , there is no way to report low water pressure online, that’s a shame. 2 days with low pressure on E16 and no report of the issue on your site, neither improvement on the situation :(

@TfL when will you fix Custom House connection from DLR to Elizabeth line. You know the issue as you added information about touching out an in, but there is no place to touch out in the connection route. You need to walk away and return. This is a pain during rush hour 🤔🤦‍♂️
