It's deeply disappointing to see a 'comrade' with whom you thought you were on the same side of history calling for the repression of the voice of your people's suffering.
To those metropolitan and mainstream leftists like Yanis, whose solidarity and 'attention' operate/1
Feeling even his Western sponsors turn against him Netanyahu attacked Iran to shift our attention. We have a duty to keep ALL EYES & EARS trained ON GAZA. Ignore the war with Iran. Iranians can defend themselves. Palestinians need us to KEEP TALKING GAZA! https://t.co/4AP2K2olNK
and turns the Palestinian cause, for such first-world leftists, into a symbolic compensation for their own sense of the lack of political radicalism./4
Please put your statement in the trash bin, when you reproduce the same rhetoric used by Israel to justify its attack: 'While we recognize the threat posed by the Islamic Republic towards the current state of Israel...'
The @LemkinInstitute for Genocide Prevention and Human Security condemns Israel’s unlawful attacks on Iran targeting nuclear sites and leaders across the country, including in residential buildings in Tehran, which have killed at least 78 people and injured 300 more. Israel clearly aims to derail US President Trump’s ongoing negotiations with Iran towards a nuclear deal.
Israel is a genocidal state that, like other genocidal states in history, is pursuing aggression towards its neighbors with the aim of advancing its regional and global power. Only more darkness will come from Israel’s continued impunity, granted to it by the United States and its allies in the West and elsewhere.
As many analysts have pointed out, Israel’s actions risk a regional war and could advance all humanity further towards a global war.
