Very bad take imo.
Clearly shows that you haven't consumed enough of Prof. Bari's content.
When he teaches concepts, he gives you the basic foundational intuition behind algorithms. If you simply follow what he's saying, you'll end up being able to convert it into code with some minor effort.
The point of that effort will be that you'll never forget that concept. It'll be etched into your memory. Because you derived it from the ground up by yourself.
If you want to be spoonfed everything, how would you become an "engineer"? You're here to solve problems, not to memorize solutions.
Think beyond "passing exams" and "getting placed". The goal must be to become a good engineer. Passing exams and getting placed are merely the means to get there.

When they say the job market is competitive theyโre talking about me #grindset https://t.co/UONbWZcc63
Not a hot take, just common sense. Self-development content is a waste of time. Just work towards whatever tf you want. Stop wasting time watching GaryV videos.
The conference website is up and fake Anna removed.
But fake Julia is still there. Listed every year as a speaker, never delivered a talk any year (and โdropped outโ this year as well) @lizthegrey did some digging.
A fake catfishing profile, it seems.

@TheGamblingBird ๐ฅด Not if I know the entire codebase from front to back. ๐โโ๏ธ In that case, I AM THE DOCUMENTATION. ๐ฆธโโ๏ธ And once I leave, I take it all with me. ๐ค Sorry not every can be a 10X developer like me! ๐๐คก
@halimah_kay Iโd respect a 23 yr. old making $157K more than someone thatโs been self-taught and finally got a job later on in life making less money. However, he makes way too many random opinion videos.
I saw some people being surprised that folks with lots of social media followers might struggle to get opportunities.
I don't understand why, though.
Nobody hands you jobs because you have lots of followers.
Being good with social media != being a great developer, for example. You still have to go through the interviews like other people.
At least in my case. I don't know about other people...
