So have lots of charities, disabled people's groups etc and what Labour are doing is to make it very hard indeed to get PIP - it is hard enough as it is without these changes. Please, have a look at what Scope, MIND etc are saying about this

Not that it adds up to 4 but it is a 4! So if 1 got 2+2 as you say - they would be refused it - they have to get a 4 point not adding up 2 4
