@lizzkelly7 However, salaried employees don't clock out. I don't know any retail business that lets the employees walk out right at closing time. Most retail workers have a recovery period after the store closes. The shift doesn't actually end because the store closed.

@lizzkelly7 Everyone keeps saying "unpaid" however the meeting started while on the clock. No one seems to understand this was a paid meeting. An extra 15 minutes a day x 5 days = 1:15 minutes of overtime pay that's usually at time and a half pay. The difference would be a salaried employee.
