If we gave men 50% of the resources, 49% of women will lose them affecting 10s of thousands of women who could develop cancer. Only a lunatic would allocate resources that aren't linked to risk.

If resources were shifted to whites, given the risks for black people it would be a decision to kill black people for Zia.
