Monica Alwelo is a Senior Information Technology Officer at the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance with over 10 years of experience in digital transformation, ICT policy, innovation, and e-government.
Since joining public service in 2016, she has worked with ICT innovation hubs and local innovators through the National ICT Initiatives Support Programme (NIISP), contributing to the growth of Uganda's innovation ecosystem.

She has participated in the development of national ICT regulatory frameworks, supported the promotion of Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), and contributed to the development and implementation of the Parish Development Management Information System (PDMIS).

Her work spans ICT project management, stakeholder engagement, digital service delivery, capacity building, and the development of policies, strategies, and procedures that advance Uganda's digital transformation agenda and improve public service delivery.

She is passionate about digital inclusion, innovation ecosystems, and leveraging technology for socio-economic development.

✅Full Legal Weight: Your digital signature carries the exact same legal standing as a handwritten signature under the Electronic Signatures Act.
✅ One Login for All: Features Single Sign-On (SSO) functionality, eliminating the need to remember dozens of different passwords.
