Hi @Finnair! I’ve booked a business class ticket but there is an economy flight connection at HEL (as no business class offered on connecting flight). Do I get lounge access in HEL?

@lufthansa Then we have an issue, the CS refused to believe my account is mine and has since gone silent, had they actually believed I’d provided my details instead of arguing, this wouldn’t be an issue? Being asked to provide bank statements is incorrect for a start. Do I need a lawyer?

@lufthansa on 23 Sep. 25, I was awarded compensation for a delayed flight with bank details submitted same day. I’ve had to fight to confirm my details as ‘support’ don’t believe it is my account and now 10-working days have passed for payment. Please advise next steps - thanks!

@Mobilly Sveiki, I recently discovered my Latvian number expired but I’ve still got credit on my Mobilly account. From the FAQ I should be able to transfer to new number but the app doesn’t have option? How best to either reclaim to my card or transfer to a new account? Paldies!
