Didn't her parents later ask Shapiro's office to review the case after their original lawyer recuse himself? Shapiro didn't "declare" it.

@LynAldenContact It was promising but it quickly became apparent it was political theater for owning the libs. Then it turned into Musk getting govt data for his AI model. The primary objectives of deficit reduction should be SS, interest, defense, Medicare/Medicaid.

The US Supreme Court ruled that freight brokers could be held liable for carrier accidents just the other day.

It is already having an impact in the market. Trucking companies with a poor record for safety (usually hiring 3rd world drivers) are getting eliminated quickly.
