I love how one day I’m helping with an er c section and saving 4 puppies and moms life, feeling great about life, then the next I’m sobbing in my car at 10:30pm over a 0.7 pound kitten I had to euthanize this morning because of an owners neglect.

Checked in a cat yesterday at work and when I was going over paperwork with the owner her written response to “would you like your pets nails trimmed today” was “yes, fuck em up.” 😂💀 told her that made my day!

Moral of the story is don’t try to force yourself to work in a profession because it pays more. I’ll never be rich working in vet med, but it’s my passion and I’m damn good at it too. 🐶🐱 🩺
