@hennig_f @wach_schaf @Marcus_mit_Zeh Bei Arbeitsverträgen gibt es alle möglichen „Einschränkungen“: gesetzliche Mindestvorgaben zu Arbeitszeit, Urlaubsanspruch und Kündigungsfristen, Gewerkschaftsvereinbarungen und alle möglichen Gesetze, wie KSchG, ArbSchG, EntgFG usw.

Sollte jetzt das BSW und die FDP je 4,5% und „Sonstige“ 3% der Stimmen bekommen, ziehen ja nur 88% der Stimmen in den Bundestag ein, also hat eine Koalition mit mehr als 44% die Mehrheit
