Why acting this way?! Apparently, you have a bug in the product, but I can't contact you using your platform and let you know about it unless I pay.

@Mailchimp Thank you for the quick reply. But this was not the problem.
In the Newsletter list, there were over 500 people, under 3 segments. We already used these segments and list and all worked just fine.
Yesterday, for some reason, 2 out of the 3 segments disappeared!

I have to let you know that as a listener of BB I purchased the Active Campaign product and it was the worst product and customer service experience of my life.
I know this is'nt your responsibility, but it was your recommendation that made me buy it.

@ActiveCampaign is by far the worst email service with the worst customer service. Words can't tell.
Be aware and keep away!
