@bookingcom the accommodation I’ve booked through your site has not responded to any messages from either me or your agents ahead of our reservation tomorrow 3 May. Been told no reallocation email will be sent until our check in date, which is our day of travel!

@bookingcom @bookingcom shocking customer service! Advised we had to wait till 4pm and if no check in details provided, contact you for next steps. Another 45min wait while you have the owners yet more time to not respond to any messages. Reallocation didn’t work, as nothing suitable left!

@haringeycouncil the parking permit system still doesn’t recognise my new vehicle reg despite it being in the DVLA system and me having the V5. Have provided proof online that the car exists and still no way to update my permit. Having to pay £5.80 a day for visitor permit!

@haringeycouncil why is the parking permit system not able to recognise a new car reg number immediately, given the DVLA has it on their system and issued the V5. On my 4th day of paying for a visitor permit despite having paid for my annual permit for old car!

@EastMidRailway on the day that you know services will extra busy to London, our train breaks down at Derby and you can’t fit passengers on the next train. Will we even be able to get on the next one!

Hi @Ryanair why are your agents on the live chat saying that adults and children have to pay for seats so an adult can be with their child when your website Help section clearly states an adult paying for a reserved seat can select a free child seat next to them?

@haringeycouncil why is your booking system for booking sessions at your leisure systems so complicated!! You can’t add more than one slot at a time so have to book family members individually, as well as logging in and out of the account each time! Why?!?
