I love how Trump can win a state by 14 points and then be "unpopular" in the same state 20 months later ๐
Come on people, opinions don't change that quickly, it takes years and years for people to change opinions ..
These tweets perplex me. In 2022, Biden was very unpopular in Texas. In 2026, Trump is unpopular in Texas. Why would rural turnout on Election Day be anywhere close to 2022? And Trump is much more unpopular than he was in 2018, so turnout won't be as high as then, either.
Just a reminder, had the GOP nominated anyone aside from Kari Lake in 2024, they would have won the Senate seat and made it much for difficult for Democrats to win the majority this year
Republicans have nothing but the same tired playbook they've been using for decades. Every Democrat can't be a communist, they're just scared about how terribly they're about to do in these midterms...
"Bankruptcies are up, suicides are up, but nevertheless, we have hope in this president."
Kansas farmers are suffering under Trump's tariffs, and GOP Sen. Roger Marshall's message is essentially to keep the faith. @Timodc and @BillKristol call out the cultish insanity.
