@BritishGas why is it that calling British gas results in getting a non UK based call center? Had not even considered terminating my contract until that. Was advised to try again, i still got through to a non UK centre and was unable to get transferred or speak to a supervisor.

@currys strangely a call to your customer services team today for an eta for a delivery after I called yesterday and was informed I'd receive a text today, which I didn't, has resulted in my being very annoyed and cancelling the order. Very poor customer service.

@SerenataFlowers I filled out an online form for a non delivery. The flowers have now been delivered 3 days late all dead and mouldy. And you have no contact phone number. They're for someone who just lost their dad.....

@gregjames Unfortunately self isolating doesn't apply to everyone. I work in retail so have to work and the shops won't be shutting. I don't get a choice of who I have to interact with. It's really stressful atm and the only destress choices are being taken away. No gyms no pubs?

@JeremyVineOn5 @samrenke @theJeremyVine I think everyone needs to take responsibility for their own safety. If you're high risk take precautions. Everyone self isolate??? Except doctors , nurses, carers and supermarket staff... the other 2 on the panel sounded ridiculous. Let's try and have a balanced panel.
