For clarification, I'm referring to risk assets like tech and crypto. Stagflation is still the biggest risk, so cash is not safe. So value, dividend paying stocks, as well as gold and the miners are still buys.

Shocking that the CEO of Palantir could make a claim as bold and ignorant as "there is no tech scene in China and Russia". I won't speak for Russia as I've never visited the country, but I hope one day this CEO would travel to Shenzhen and other cities in China.
