@Apollo24x7 Sahil, I've already shared my mobile number earlier via DM. I fail to understand what's the issue and why can't the team at Apollo resolve the issue quickly. It has been dragged along for too long. If this is the case, it is better to stop using Apollo's services.

@ola_supports Thank you for the reply... Glad to know that at least the social media team is awake. What's surprising is that even after writing to grievance 10 days back, no one is bothered to call or provide a resolution. Never faced such issues with other cab aggregators like #Uber #Rapido

@ola_supports needs 20 business days to do the same, something which actually is a 20-second job
