@ABaba30036 @General_Oluchi @notMay01 A witness missing cannot necessarily slow down a court proceedings especially when the judge has adjourned once or twice because of that witness moreover their are other witnesses so the case can still move on with or without Peter

@ABaba30036 @General_Oluchi @notMay01 The case is between EFCC as the prosecutor vs Jude okoye the defendant. Peter is only one of the Witnesses for EFCC, so Peter is not mandated to compulsorily appear in court…pls do ur little research before displaying your ignorance with confidence
