@Mr_Blystone Q6/A6: Situational... but I'm totally okay with switching gears altogether. I want it to be relevant and make sense. If they are disengaged, I need to figure out why! #edtechchatwsuv
@Mr_Blystone Q5/A5: As I said before, I think its important to have private, safe spaces to practice appropraite behavior... (assuming we have their parents permission....) I would say sure, it's any oppurtunity to talk about online saftey, professionalism, and netiquette. #edtechchatwsuv
@Mr_Blystone Q4/A4: By providing safe spaces for studetns to practice adn then with teachers help make their work more public (with no personal info) #edtechchatwsuv
@Mr_Blystone Q3/A3: I'm with @brierly_harris, I like the idea of a flipped classroom as far as balancing tech and face-face. Using tech for inquiry and face to face to further meaning and push each other. using tools like khan academcy #edtechchatwsuv
@Mr_Blystone Q2/A2: Flipboard. I want to use flipboard at least once a week to push myself and students to find connections (and create magazines to share in the app) between what we are learning at the time and what is happening in the world. #edtechchatwsuv
@trevor_cashmore @Mr_Blystone I'm not sure yet honestly, but I am pretty good at making a game out of anything... but need to work on understanding and creating games that are less competitive... Its a serious weakness of mine. raised in a super competitive family lol
@Mr_Blystone pre-question: How about smiling dog faces?! BTW my internet and computer are being SUPER slow this evening so sorry if my posts are not very timely lol #edtechchatwsuv
