You are not a journalist. You are a man advertising that you will hunt a rape victim for sport and call it the First Amendment.
“If you happen to know who this Cornell Jane Doe is, get in touch.” That is not a legal theory. That is you begging strangers to hand you a woman’s name so you can punish her for talking. You dressed it up as principle because “I want to hurt her” sounded too honest.
The First Amendment lets you be a ghoul in public. It does not make you brave. It does not make you right. It does not turn “publish her identifying information” into a public service. It just means nobody can stop you from being this kind of person out loud.
A moral compass would have stopped at the allegation and the court file. Yours pointed at her face. That is the tell. You are not after the truth about seven named men and a university. You are after the one person in this story who used a pseudonym because she already lived the night you only want to monetize.
You called it “emotional blackmail” when people told you not to out a sexual assault victim. That is not blackmail. That is the last thin line between a citizen and a predator with a keyboard. You stepped over it on purpose and then bragged that the Constitution said you could.
If your whole argument is “I am allowed to,” you already admitted you have nothing else. Allowed is not decent. Allowed is not serious. Allowed is what people say when they know the thing they want to do is ugly and they need a flag to hide behind.
Leave her name alone. If that feels like a threat to you, the problem is not the First Amendment. The problem is you.
Just a pro tip for you guys: if you ever find yourself saying "Hitler had the decency..." you should probably just take a tactical pause right there and reevaluate your entire life.
Just sent to the school board president via email.....
@EDSecMcMahon
Good morning,
I am contacting you to address the fact that your students are dancing to the murder of Charlie Kirk and it appears to be occurring within one of your public schools. Though your schools may be a fantastic place to learn, these young female students are not a good representation of your district's potential.
I'm here asking you to punish these young ladies for their participation in presenting to the world such cruelness and hate within the boundaries of your public school. I am also asking for a public apology. I am providing a screenshot of the vicious video which has appeared on X. As you may already know, it is a social network millions of people around the world participate in.
You see, this is probably a school district that has received some funding from the federal government to be built so it is not beyond scrutiny of the present Secretary of Education, Mrs. Linda McMahon. It is for that reason I have sent this story to her as well. You cannot be a school district who celebrates the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr. on September 3rd (See below) and then who also celebrates the assassination of a young man, husband and father who had his whole life ahead of him. In the little town I live in, we call that hypocrisy. This begs the question, what would Martin Luther King Jr. do?
@DavisSchools@FBI@FBIDirectorKash Davis Schools is promoting a murderous cult that worship the demonic killing of innocent victims. Someone needs to visit this school and the people in the photos before they hurt someone
Farmington, Utah. Junior high girls filmed themselves reenacting Charlie Kirk’s assassination and then dancing to it. The original clip is gone. What’s going on at Davis Schools? Look at these satanic jezebels and witches.

@OleRed This is Nashville the “right way”? Sad. I used to love visiting Nashville, but you all gave allowed it to become this, and if this is what you think is the “right way,” then o have zero interest in visiting anymore

ITS OFFICIAL: WESTERN MICHIGAN WON 12-7 PER NCAA RULES CLARIFICATION
***
The NCAA memo sets a simple rule for these last-second clock reviews: replay officials must use the clock that appears on the TV broadcast feed (the “program feed”), not a separate clock inside their own replay computer.
Here is how that rule applies to the Western Michigan–Michigan game:
1. Western Michigan led 12-7. Michigan threw a Hail Mary that fell incomplete in the end zone.
2. Both the stadium scoreboard and the NBC broadcast clock showed 0:00 when the ball became dead.
3. Under the memo’s protocol, those two clocks are the ones that count. Replay officials were required to look at the broadcast feed clock.
4. That clock already read 0:00, so there was no “clear and obvious” evidence that time remained. Officials therefore could not put a second back on the clock.
5. The referee would have declared the game over. Final score: Western Michigan 12, Michigan 7.
Instead, the replay crew used a different, unsynchronized clock from their own system that still showed 1 second.
That is the step the new memo now forbids.
Michigan got away w/ 2 holds, facemask, roughing the kicker, a hail mary ball called dead when the Western guy caught it in midair (which is never enforced on that play), & they got a phantom second back on the clock, all in the last 3 mins of the game. That’s not a coincidence.
I used to be a camera operator for Auburn Athletics and worked many college football games for ESPN and SEC network. The Big Ten is lying to you and fabricated evidence for Michigan to have an extra play at the end of the game against Western Michigan. The stadium clock is the standard. Not whatever the replay booth decides it is.
CNN: “It’s dangerous to hear from the President of the U.S. directly, who you voted for to represent you, so we censored him for you, even though you didn’t vote for us to do that.”
Seeing the despicably cruel, heartless and abusive way that many people in UK and US have responded to the deaths of conservative politicians, Ann Widdecombe and Lindsey Graham, reminds me that the least kind people on earth are ironically those on the #BeKind woke left.
Meet Nyisha DuVal-Brown, who wished a painful death on Tulsi Gabbard’s husband, who is currently battling cancer, as well as on Tulsi herself. According to her LinkedIn, she is a paralegal at the San Francisco Public Defender’s Office.
You know what to do!
@ETWhisky Found this 1976 Bicentennial Early Times decanter and suddenly felt personally attacked by the word ‘vintage.’ 🇺🇸🥃
Thinking the 4th my be the perfect time to uncork it
JB Pritzker melting down over the White House ballroom is incredible stuff considering Illinois taxpayers shelled out $180+ million for upgrades at his family's Hyatt.
And yes—that INCLUDED a ballroom.
