Often when a student misbehaves, they are dealing with something else far bigger than that specific moment.
How we as educators react in that moment, may be the most impactful lesson of the day for that student.
We can’t just tell students what’s good for them. We must include them in conversations about the future of education. If we want them to become great leaders, we must bring them to the table and allow them to use their voice.
