Promised to get 2x refund in wallet, but guess what..there is no wallet.
All they do is add the amnt to gocash which can be redeemed as 50 rs per booking

Asking 300 for a seat during webcheckin which was already selected as free seat during booking the tkt.

@IndiGo6E Many complaints are on twitter..some are from 2018 but @IndiGo6E dont want to solve the problem as it is giving them huge revenue..as people paying for seats during webcheckin helplessly
@IndiGo6E I got it done thru my friend's phone.
It was not an issue with pnr
It is an issue with ur website and app
U can check many complaints on ur twitter handle

Why u r asking for payment at the time of web check in for the same seat wich was selected for free while booking the tkt.
One more problem is that my friend is able to skip to auto assign seat during web check.but there is no option avbl for me other than paying for seat to web check in

Even charged 354 rs as chck cancellation charges for their own fault
Why did they accepted cash when they needed the kyc
No infomation given while depositing the money.
They could have called before dishonouring my cheque.

No prior notice or call for kyc & bank declined my cheque.
Deposited cash just 2 days back. And suddenly blocked the ac for kyc
Having more than 10 acs in this bank from more than 20yrs

Didnt inform when Deposited 10k in the account 2 days before.
And suddenly blocked my account nd dishonoured the cheque
