Vale of Glamorgan Council Agree to Lease Seel Park In Bid to Improve Area. 🙌 😀 🌱

Seel Park in Dinas Powys is transferring to the Community Council on a 99-year lease to make improvements to the open space with help from Friends of Seel Park Group. 🤝
