@Square 7th October last week, updated my square terminal but then I couldn’t connect to the usual wifi connection - Tried all different connections and it wouldn’t stay connected, turned off and on the wifi toggle, restarted and off and on terminal & still had the same issue

@Optus I ended up resetting my settings on my phone and it seems as though the Optus app is working. The widget is still not working and says to open the app to authenticate it 😕

@NAB Hi, I just checked my transactions, I have been charged twice for a chargeback debit and a foreign transaction fee which I shouldn’t have because I put in a dispute months ago but cancelled it before anything further happened. Why has this all of a sudden happened but twice?
