Ja, kann man so machen, v.a. wäre das sogar beim Wohnwagen heute schon nutzbar. Das Bremssignal wird ja schon über das aktuelle 13-polige Kabel übertragen, das könnte als Sensorbasis dienen, Rückwärtsmodus wäre ebenfalls möglich, nur die Beschleunigung wäre noch unklar.
