97% of well water in Gaza is contaminated but Mohammad dug a well that ended up having fresh water! The well is also just meters away from the beach. A miracle in Gaza as fresh water is extremely precious.

Families in Gaza are doing what they can to survive but the reality is that their bodies are depleted and malnourished. Bodies are covered in rashes and their immune systems are barely functional. Two and a half years of genocide, when will it end?
On May 31st, the Translating Falasteen x The Sameer Project distributed 120 kilos of sweets to the Manshia Camp, Gaza City, to 120 families. Total cost with 11% commission is $1,046.

While the world moves on, families in Gaza’s distant camps are still waiting.
Every day, we travel to places that few can reach, carrying bread, clean water, and emergency aid to families struggling to survive.
Behind every tent is a mother trying to feed her children. Behind every child is a story of loss, hunger, and hope.
Your donation is not just a gift. It is bread on a table, water for a thirsty family, and proof that they have not been forgotten.
Help us keep reaching the distant camps. Help us keep hope alive.

Your donation today goes directly to supporting our bread and water supply efforts for families in need.
Thank you 🇵🇸
Our transportation initiative is definitely a favorite in Gaza. The Sameer Project provides free transport for around 2,800 people daily but unfortunately the decrease in donations might lead to limiting this service to less buses. Please help now: https://t.co/1j2S3RoAgU
Our worst nightmare is here, an ongoing genocide, barely any media coverage, lowest donations recorded and a siege that is slowly killing people. During this difficult times, seeing videos like this make our hearts heavy because we know the importance of these initiatives but we simply can’t afford them anymore.
We can’t leave Palestinians in Gaza alone, we can’t let them struggle to survive alone. This genocide has been prolonged intentionally to lead to fatigue. Our brains try to preserve us by blocking out tiring information but if we feel this way, what are Palestinians in Gaza supposed to feel?
Let’s not give up on Gaza, please donate now to our General Fund to support our transport initiative: https://t.co/1j2S3RoAgU

This is the last time I'm ordering food. We still need $25. Nobody cares if we go hungry, don't sleep, or even die. I'm so exhausted. My children are hungry and crying; they have no energy to play.

“, my head hurts... there is a popping sound in my eye.”
With these painful words, 11-year-old saed began a sudden battle for his life. Less than a month ago, saed was a healthy, vibrant child.

💔 These are my children Ramadan and Muhammad, and we are living through very difficult days and struggling to secure the most basic necessities of life.
I urgently need 200 euros to buy milk, diapers, food, drinks, clothes, and necessary treatments for my children.
Please don't leave us alone in this ordeal. Any support, no matter how small, can make a big difference in our lives and help my children get through these difficult times.

The batteries for my cochlear implant are my connection to hearing, but they are rare and expensive in Gaza. I need your help to secure just one month's supply. Your support and sharing my story would mean so much to me. 🤍

“Anti-intellectualism unequivocally contributes to media illiteracy, which is characterized by passive rather than active media reception and an inability to ‘critically engage with and understand the media we consume.’” — @SherrondaJBrown https://t.co/Q0i8wDKB5d
Health eduction and seeking knowledge is an acts of “amanah,” or something entrusted to you. In Islam, preserving life and protecting health are sacred responsibilities. Knowledge is a trust, and education can prevent suffering before it begins. Help here: https://t.co/LLwKJegeB1
On May 17, The Sameer Project hosted a health education session on blood-borne diseases at the Staff Bureau. More than 15 women participated in discussions about disease prevention, safe medical practices, and the importance of avoiding behaviors that can unintentionally spread infections. All participants who were screened tested negative, with permission given to share.
After more than two and a half years of genocide, displacement, and the collapse of public health systems, Gaza faces growing risks from poor sanitation, shortages of sterilization supplies, and limited access to healthcare. We have heard increasing concerns about illnesses that can be transmitted through blood exposure, including the sharing of razors, unsafe medical equipment, or improperly sterilized needles.
Education is power, it allows the utilization of knowledge for protection. Understanding how diseases spread is not about fear or stigma - it is about safeguarding: families and communities. Through awareness, screenings, and prevention, we can reduce risks and prevent complication, ensuring the good health and dignity of those around us.
Health education remains one of the most powerful tools we have. In a place where so much has been taken away in Gaza, knowledge remains something no one can destroy.
