@RoyalMail just received both my kids letters from Santa through the post. Wrote the names on the back but both were sent to us with just 'little friend' on the front. Bit confused as to why we had to write a name and address on the back if these aren't needed?

@virginmedia Been having the same issue for a few months now. Constant WiFi dropping out, losing connection completely, rebooting router fixes it for a little while but comes back. Speeds are fine when it works so believe the issue lies with the router itself as it's fairly old now

@VirginAtlantic Hi, just went on to check our flight for tomorrow and noticed that we have been bumped seats. I've not received any email telling us that we've been moved and no explanations. We picked the extra leg room seats due to having a toddler and needing the extra space.

@British_Airways Flying next week and we booked seats ages ago. I have checked a couple of times and both times we have been bumped from the seats we've picked and moved right to the back of the plane. Is there a reason for this?
