@DoPTGoI to promote not even 2/3 eligible officers, meaning ~1000 vacant posts at year end

Maximum existing and anticipated vacant posts of SOs can be filled by promoting all eligible ASOs of 2013 batch. It can easily be done and as per rules if @DoPTGoI stops making arbitrary excuses.

By giving adhoc promotion, vacancies will trickle down in grade of ASO which can be filled up by SSC through Direct Recruitment. It will help @DoPTGoI in achieving the target of 10 lakh employment by Govt by Dec,2023 as envisioned by Hon'ble @PMOIndia
