Nursing isn’t one thing, it’s everything. It is scientific knowledge, critical thinking, combined with empathy, the art of caring, a deep understanding of assessments, evaluations, interventions & a lifelong commitment to learning, listening & understanding.
Totally agree. One approach which could fundamentally shift how one would write a guideline is to frame recommendations as being "thresholds for discussion" versus "thresholds for treatment" Doesn't work for everything but the concept in general is a good one.
