When builders continue construction during midnight and early morning in thickly populated residential areas despite clear High Court restrictions from 8pm to 8am, it is not just noise pollution — it is open disrespect towards law, citizens and the administration.

In Samata Layout, Ambazari, Nagpur, construction activities are reportedly continuing during prohibited hours, disturbing senior citizens, students, patients and working families.

If High Court orders can be ignored so openly, serious questions arise on the role of and .

Law should be equal for everyone.
Citizens deserve peaceful nights.
Immediate action must be taken against violators.

Nagpur may be developing rapidly, but access to basic necessities like water is becoming a growing concern in residential areas.

In Madhav Nagar, Laxmi Nagar especially, people have been facing irregular or missing NMC water supply for the last 2–3 months despite repeated complaints and regular payment of taxes and water charges.

At this point, many households are being forced to rely on borewells and personal arrangements just to manage daily life.

Meanwhile every corner of Nagpur right now seems to be dug up for some construction or development project. First they will dig up to fix something then once the project is over they will realise they have fixed it incorrectly. So they will start digging again.

Roads are opened, fixed, reopened and dug up all over again. EVERY TIME !

The actual cost of this inefficiency is being borne by the people living here, through traffic chaos, disrupted daily life, and now even water shortages.

Development projects cannot come at the cost of basic civic necessities.

The Union Cabinet has approved the modernisation of Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar International Airport under a long-term PPP model.

Traffic signals, CCTV poles, and streetlights are already being treated as personal property by newly elected corporators, openly displaying how power will be used and abused for next 5 years. BJP has long been notorious for its utter contempt for democracy and Constitution, blatant violation of rules, contempt of court orders, Revenue Loss to Government agencies and misuse of authority. DAKOTA High End Tree Transplanter is an advanced machine designed to safely relocate large trees with their roots intact. It is currently being used in Nagpur for the new RTO Flyover on NH 53.
