@Pret Absolutely disgusted with the hygiene in Pret opposite Russell’s Square station in London. The toilets are vile. I cannot believe what I have seen twice this week! This is NOT ok.

I have been let down too... despite having the correct cover in place I’ve been told that there had to be an outbreak in my salon or within a 1 mile radius and that a nationwide forced shutdown is not covered.
I have made a complaint and I am waiting for answers

We had a situation yesterday in our salon which could have resulted in my clients and staff being put at risk. The men who entered our shop are believed to still be local in Earls Colne today.
