@projectified @Feenix7 @sveirs@wsferries When I moved to WA, my first impression was that @wsferries was a functional gov't agency... they seemed to make it their mission to erase that impression
@wsferries The good news is there's still plenty of open space on summer @wsferries sailings to reserve, since no one can actually complete a reservation, so those of you who decided not to jump on at 7am and waste 4 hours of your morning... ๐
@eoemiemi@wsferries@KellyLy72503612 Yeah but then it takes so much longer to complete the checkout process, thereby making it more likely to run out the cart timer lol. Damned if you do, damned if you don't
@wsferries@KellyLy72503612@wsferries since I can only book one trip at a time to make it through before the timer goes off, I then book subsequent reservations, but then my session expires after inactivity when I'm clearly not inactive?
@sveirs@GayleEO@wsferries 3 hours and 26 minutes... only one reservation successfully booked! You're killing it @wsferries! making me prepay with all this frustration will surely make me appreciate my summer travel!
@midnightpress09@wsferries https://t.co/fGudjK0bzo is showing up in some of the button links when I mouse over them in the reservation process. I'm assuming this is less due to the scaling capability of the platform @wsferries chose and more due to some overly frugal bureaucrat who lords over IT budget
@lslouffm @wsferries I know... and it's not like there's a shortage of cloud providers or people who have the know-how to do this in the seattle area ๐คท
@wsdot what's the point of an online reservation system in the cloud if you can't scale it? 60 minutes... one expired cart, no ferry reservation booked yet...
@RazerSupport contact us options on https://t.co/c2Pqd2PAXj are broken for both technical support and sales/store support... trying to get an update on orderstatus... I guess I have to tweet?
@SoundTransit Maybe there's a black hole on the Northbound tracks that has swallowed up the 5 northbound trains that have passed through Westlake station
