पंजाब के बच्चों के भविष्य को डिजिटल उड़ान देने वाले हम कंप्यूटर शिक्षक आज अपने ही अंधकारमय भविष्य और टूटे हुए वादों की गहरी पीड़ा सहने को मजबूर 2022 के चुनावों के दौरान किए गए बड़े-बड़े वादों और 'बदलाव' की उम्मीद ने हमें यह भरोसा दिलाया था कि हमारी नौकरियां सुरक्षित होंगी और सालों से लटकी मांगें अंततः पूरी होंगी, लेकिन सत्ता में आने के बाद वे 'गारंटियां' केवल सरकारी फाइलों में दबकर 'धोखे' में बदल गईं और आज हम सड़कों पर धक्के खाने को विवश हैं। आम आदमी पार्टी (AAP) पंजाब के लिए हमारा यह सीधा संदेश है: भगवंत मान जी और अरविंद केजरीवाल जी, क्या यही आपका बहुचर्चित बदलाव और गारंटियों की राजनीति थी? एक शिक्षक का सड़कों पर न्याय के लिए भीख मांगना पूरे राज्य के लिए शर्मिंदगी का विषय है; कृपया हमारे सब्र का और इम्तिहान न लें, फाइलों में दबे वादों को हकीकत में बदलें और पंजाब के कंप्यूटर शिक्षकों को उनका वह वाजिब हक़ और सम्मान दें जिसके वे असल हक़दार हैं, क्योंकि हमारा यह संघर्ष तब तक जारी रहेगा जब तक हमें न्याय नहीं मिल जाता।

कल ऐतिहासिक राष्ट्रव्यापी हड़ताल: हक और न्याय की ललकार!
कल का दिन भारत के लोकतांत्रिक इतिहास में एक महत्वपूर्ण मोड़ साबित होने जा रहा है। देश की केंद्रीय ट्रेड यूनियनों, फेडरेशनों, किसान और मजदूर संगठनों ने एकजुट होकर 'देशव्यापी हड़ताल' का आह्वान किया है। यह केवल एक प्रदर्शन नहीं, बल्कि देश के अन्नदाताओं और श्रमजीवियों के स्वाभिमान की गूँज है।
क्यों हो रहा है यह बड़ा आंदोलन?
इस आंदोलन की नींव उन जायज मांगों पर टिकी है, जिन्हें लंबे समय से अनदेखा किया गया है। प्रमुख मांगों में शामिल हैं:
* श्रम कानूनों की रक्षा: केंद्र द्वारा लाए गए 4 लेबर कोड को रद्द करने की मांग, ताकि श्रमिकों के अधिकारों का हनन न हो।
* किसानों का हित: बिजली संशोधन बिल 2025 और बीज बिल 2025 को वापस लेने की अपील।
* सार्वजनिक संपदा की सुरक्षा: सरकारी संस्थानों को कॉर्पोरेट घरानों को बेचने की प्रक्रिया (निजीकरण) पर रोक लगाना।
* रोजगार और स्थायित्व: ठेकेदारी प्रथा को खत्म कर खाली पड़े सरकारी पदों पर स्थायी भर्ती करना और मनरेगा को पुराने स्वरूप में बहाल करना।
एकता ही हमारी शक्ति है
"मजदूर-किसान-मुलाजिम एकता जिंदाबाद" के नारे के साथ, यह आंदोलन दर्शा रहा है कि जब खेत की मिट्टी और कारखाने का लोहा एक साथ मिलते हैं, तो सत्ता को सुनना ही पड़ता है। करीब 30 करोड़ लोगों की भागीदारी का अनुमान इस बात का प्रमाण है कि आम जनमानस अब अपने हक के लिए सड़कों पर उतरने को तैयार है।
यह लड़ाई केवल आज की नहीं, बल्कि आने वाली पीढ़ियों के सुरक्षित भविष्य और आर्थिक न्याय की है। कल का सूरज एक नए संघर्ष और अटूट एकता का गवाह बनेगा।

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing this appeal with a heavy heart to bring to your immediate attention a grave injustice within our state’s education department.
A dedicated Computer Teacher, who served the Punjab Government with unwavering commitment for 20 long years, has recently passed away. Despite having a regular appointment and spending two decades shaping the digital future of our students, his family now stands at a crossroads of financial ruin. They are being denied the standard death-cum-retirement benefits (DCRG), family pension, and ex-gratia grants that are naturally accorded to other government teachers.
The Core of the Injustice:
* Two Decades of Service: This teacher gave his youth and his professional life to the state’s mission of "Digital Punjab."
* Discriminatory Treatment: It is heartbreaking that after 20 years of "regular" service, a teacher is treated as a "second-class" employee upon death. The lack of a pension and social security for Computer Faculty is a violation of the principle of "Equal Pay for Equal Work" and the right to a dignified life for their dependents.
* Family in Crisis: While other government employees leave behind a safety net for their children and spouses, this teacher’s family has been left with nothing but grief and debt.
Our Prayers to the Government:
* Immediate Financial Assistance: Grant an immediate ex-gratia payment to the bereaved family to cover their urgent needs.
* Implementation of Full Benefits: Treat the service of Computer Faculty on par with the Education Department's regular cadre for the purpose of family pensions and death benefits.
* Compassionate Appointment: Provide a government job to one eligible member of the family to ensure their long-term survival.
The Computer Teachers of Punjab have been the backbone of our modern education system. To deny their families a livelihood after 20 years of service is not just an administrative lapse; it is a moral failure.
We urge you to intervene personally and ensure that this family receives the dignity and financial justice they deserve.
