When travel disruptions arise from a public health emergency like an Ebola outbreak, flexibility and empathy should come before profit. Force majeure situations deserve fair refund or rescheduling options. Hoping @beach_palms, @makemytripcare do the right thing.

Travel was disrupted due to Ebola-related restrictions—something completely beyond passengers’ control. Receiving only ₹11,000 back from an ₹85,000 ticket is extremely disappointing. Hoping @Trip.com and @FlyJambojet reconsider refund.
