@vcbwa @OfficialGNIDA @moefcc @ChiefSecyUP @CMOfficeUP @PMOIndia @dmgbnagar विक्ट्रीवन सोसायटी की हालत बहुत खराब हैं तस्वीरों द्वारा आप देख सकते हैं । अब मानसून के दौरान गंदे बेसमेंट्स में पानी भरने से करेंट फैलने का खतरा है और डेंगू, चिकनगुनिया बीमारियां फैलेंगी । बिल्डर सुन कर राजी नहीं है और न ही आप अधिकारीगण। यहां भी इंसान रहते हैं, कृपया मदद करें

@UPRERAofficial why Intellect Project(GH 02/E) not updating its details on the Rera portal.Multiple reminders given by Rera to builder but still no detail of project available on portal. CC date of project also passed on 22nd December.

Residents are at risk of any mishappening. Lots of pending work is there even though many basic facilities are not available. No OC, No CC and no registry. Please help.

@CPCB_OFFICIAL 27.01.2023 को नोटिस जारी किया गया। लेकिन सोसायटी में अभी तक
STP और चिमनी पर कोई काम नही हुआ। बिना शोधित पानी नालियों में बहाया जा रहा है।
जनरेटर पर चिमनी अभी तक नही है
@UppcbN कब तक बिल्डर के अहसान तले दबे रहोगे
नोटिस के समय बीत जाने के बाद की कार्यवाही सांझा करें

@OfficialGNIDA @rituias2003 जी विक्ट्रीवन सेन्ट्रल सोसायटी मे भी OC, हजारो कमियो को अनदेखा करते हुए दिया गया है।
@UPRERAofficial और @OfficialGNIDA को निरिक्षण मे भी सुविधाओं मे कमिया मिली लेकिन बिल्डर हर जगह सेटलमेंट कर ही लेता है।

और आपने चिमनी सोसाइटी मे नही होना क्यो अनिवार्य नही समझा।नोटिस मे चिमनी पर कोई स्पष्टीकरण नही है।

क्या प्राधिकरण @OfficialGNIDA का काम सिर्फ OC देकर खरीददारो को फसाने का रह गया है। ट्राई पार्टी मीटिंग्स,लाखों कंप्लेंट।
लेकिन आज तक कोई कार्रवाई नही।
अधिकारी बदलते रहते है और एक दूसरे पर आरोप लगाते रहते है।

आज फिर #npcl के द्वारा सोसायटी में बिजली डिस्कनेक्ट कर दिया गया है। आखिर कब तक बिल्डर कि वजह से निवासियों को दर-दर भटकना पड़ेगा।
@noidapolice @shoecotech3 @DCPCentralNoida FIR का भी इस बिल्डर पर कोई असर नहीं।
