Lenvatinib/Pembrolizumab is approved by the FDA for 1st line renal cancer. The significant OS signal (HR.66) is similar to other combos, but the RR (74%) and PFS (HR .39) is compelling. My opinion remains ‘pick one and use it well’, with no reason not to use Len/Pem if you want
