Notes on the N/NE vote seem to miss a key factor - language.
As someone who checked NPP/ AKD's media fairly often to try and understand, almost nothing was accessible in Tamil.

You want a people's vote? Communicate in a language they/ we understand.

The @SLBarometer findings over the past few years show that political efficacy of Sri Lankans are moderate and active citizenship levels very low - explains the high absent and invalid voters as reported by @ManthriLK. Lets hope this trend is reversed this year. #lka #elections
