This morning, we officially served a cease and desist letter to the Island County Auditor’s Office, challenging their unauthorized mask mandate. The office has received the letter, which outlines the lack of statutory basis for the mandate and cites legal precedents, including FDA v. Brown & Williamson and Inland Foundry v. Spokane County.
