Broadstreet is getting sued again.

The SEC is already suing it. Investors already filed a class action. Now a third lawsuit lays out exactly what allegedly happened to the money:

Broadstreet raised over $1 billion from investors and took 30% off the top in fees, more than $300 million "for 5 years of services that it never provided."

Investors got to pick from a menu: Bitcoin mining, altcoin mining, hotels, self-storage�� and a man-made beach called Crystal Lagoons.

Per the complaint:
- Returns were guaranteed as high as 28% a year
- Old investors were paid with new investors' money, "in Ponzi-like fashion"
- After a court blocked new fundraising in 2025, the money ran out

Now the exit plan: investors allegedly get restricted stock in two thinly traded public companies, which Broadstreet values at $3.6 billion "with absolutely nothing that supports that valuation."

Broadstreet allegedly keeps the hotels, the auto dealerships, and the water park.

The complaint's words: "This is theft in broad daylight."
