The dollar was created a long time ago and those countries often took over other countries and forced them to use their currency.

Since nobody is buying consumer products in Jan and Feb, money towards ads is decreased.

People generally don't buy anything non essential for a while after Christmas since they are either young and probably got it during christmas or an adult and bought it during a holiday sale.

@mrjhnsn I mean yeah it's not luxury by any means, it's an around $250 watch. The brand however isnt a chinese company, is well known, and has a lot of history, especially with the lunar pilot, being the second watch to ever be on an astronaut's wrist on a trip to the moon.
