@IndiGo6E is an escalation-flight rescheduled by Indigo(DEL-BOM, Mar 17). We opted for cancellation with a full refund for 2 passengers out of 3. @IndiGo6E claims they have refunded, whereas, after more than 30 emails & calls, @travolook hasn't refunded neither share any updates.
