Reminder why Tigray Defence Forces are in #Dessie, Amhara region. Their people have been under occupation/blockade since November 2020. In past few months, less than 10% of urgent humanitarian relief required has been allowed to enter Tigray. 1 million are suffering from famine!

He has been idly watching while the infrastructure & livelihoods of a whole region is destroyed and when horrific #SGBV & ethnic cleansing r being committed.
