I built a tool that outperforms ChatGPT 5 Pro, Claude Opus 4.1, and Claude Code on knowledge work tasks.
It's not another wrapper.
It's not another chat interface.
It transforms a simple prompt into publishable work in one shot.
Here is how it works 🧵
Without this guy, @getpancake_ai might not exist.
A few months ago, @NicTouron showed me his OpenClaw setup.
I left with so much FOMO that I bought a Mac Mini the same day.
A few months later, we launched Pancake.
So now, every time we meet, he gets paid in pancakes 🥞
Autonomous companies will become a reality before the end of 2026.
I want autonomous companies to be accessible for anyone with a computer, a dream, and Pancake.
Not just the top 0.1%.
Introducing Pancake: the OpenClaw cofounder that makes your company autonomous.
@steipete I would love to get a sense of how much money it would cost to pay for tokens to run all of this!
RE: “running extremely lean” people wise I am guessing!
Other question: out of everything you do, what do you think is the most helpful and not done enough yet?
@jaezun_ Very nice!
Quick feedback - if you ask the user to set the same on the right card, the CTA should be below it. Weird to go back and forth between the right and left - fine to keep the chat to see what’s happening on the left.
But the main interaction plane you should right
@david__booth I have been running on Obsidian for a while!
Light, local first + synced and very customizable! (including showing hidden files/folder like .claude/)
I’ve become obsessed with the idea of “talent engineering” as the next big role
recruiting today looks like sales/sales development 5 yrs ago… full of relationship-oriented people who define ICPs manually, build candidate pools from LinkedIn Recruiter, curate sprawling applicant tracking CRMs, write outreach and navigate mutuals to find warm intros.
“Talent engineer” follows the same structural pattern as a GTM engineer, but applied to another critical lead funnel…
they are a smart, agent building “growth-minded individuals, thinking systematically about:
1) discoverability (where does the right person exist in the world, what public and private signals can we consume, how?)
2) attraction (what signals make them open the email?)
3) assessment (what's the structured way to know if they're actually good?), and
4) close (what moves the needle, gets them to choose your company vs. someone else?)...
When we announced the @a16z Growth Engineer Fellowship recently (applications close tomorrow, btw), we defined the landscape: “AI is enabling extreme personalization at scale. Hyper-targeted landing pages, demos, voice agent scripts, ads, influencer marketing campaigns, and more - tailored to each unique customer.” …. If you swap “customer” for “candidate” and you have another startup MVP hire, who everyone needs asap.
Does this resonate??
I’ve been speaking with a handful of these people… eager to chat and learn, going to host a gathering in next few weeks, maybe build some agents together .. reply / tag someone / DM if you’re interested in joining 🙋♂️👇
@martinamps@quionie This is amazing - love it.
But I don’t know how I feel about making bladder ultrasound public… 😂
Also the clinic address? Stay safe out there
