@circularing - is it normal that I haven’t got any sleep data processed all November? I’ve disconnected and reconnected the ring on more than one occasion in case of data backlog, to no avail. Should the big server update fix this? Merci et bon week-end
@circularing I will await the server upgrade then and see if that fixes it. Somewhat frustrating to have no sleep data, HRV data etc for a month. Thank you
@OctopusEnergy And if I find that my car is charging outside the standard hours via Ohme app (and therefore at 7.5p), example at 8pm, does this mean that the household consumption is at the same tariff also during this time? Thanks Octopus team for your help!
@OctopusEnergy - quick question re./ Intelligent Go tariff please. The 7.5p rate (nominal 23:30-05:30), is this applicable also to home appliances even if the EV is not plugged in or charging at the same time? Example, running the dishwasher overnight? Thank you!
@POferriesupdate We had a ticket for the 17:25 from
Dover to Calais. Arrived at 15:30 … still haven’t left. It took us 4 hours to check-in and find ourselves on the now delayed 20:45 and missed 2 departures. No-one has apologised. No updates shared. What compensation measures are available?
@IKEAUKSupport - good morning. I am expecting a delivery today from yourselves (online order) but have had no email nor telephone confirmation of the 4hr slot for today. The portal still says between 7h and 19h, “getting ready to dispatch”. Please can you advise? #1390453803
@AvivaUK - I need to speak to your team re. Medical insurance for a dependent. 60 minutes on hold, still no luck. It’s not good enough. Some of us have work to do :/
@Plusnet It’s since now come back and thanks for the reply Claudia; as such, no further action. The only reproach is that comms were not clear / very limited and that it was in fact an area-wide outage for multiple providers; but this was not shared with your clients.
@Plusnet - no home wifi for the best part of 48h.
“Incident detected (in your area): 08-Jul-2023 00:20
Estimated fix date: 09-Jul-2023 19:40”
It’s 21:30 09/07/23 … no internet.
This is for OX11. Have you an update please? Need WiFi for homeworking.
Thank you
@LeShuttle - can you please tell me how to modify the vehicle on a booking? Do I have to do this via the “edit your booking” feature? Or is there a more direct way? Thank you
@AvivaUK Thank you for the reply. If that is the case and the team expect it to be so for the coming weeks, it might be helpful to include that on the automated messages to help policy holders find a better time to ring back that is more convenient :-)
@avivaplc - I need to make a claim on behalf of my son. To do this I need to speak one of your team as this is not possible via your new online platform. I have been on hold for 1h20. “Really sorry, we’ll get you to one of the team as soon as we can” … it’s not good enough.
@HMRCgovuk - for tax-free childcare payments that were scheduled to be paid 01/05/23 but were not done so because it was a bank holiday (I suppose), will these be automatically paid to nurseries today or do I need to do a manual payment? Thank you.
@HMRCcustomers To be clear then: there is no option for an income tax rebate on UK income earned whilst physically outside of the UK at the time working on behalf of my company? I would expect this to be part of a self-assessment rather than picked up automatically by my employer, if the case.
@HMRCcustomers - query please: is tax rebate possible on salary earned whilst spent working overseas on behalf of my UK employer? For example: 2 weeks of business trips abroad during a tax year. Note, I am not asking about expenses incurred. Thank you
@HMRCcustomers Thanks James. Yes, I mean regular PAYE wage received (permanent staff) taxed in the UK, simply that this portion of work in question was conducted overseas. I am only taxed in the UK. ^Nick
@Riverford - the portobello mushrooms that came in the boxes last week were absolutely sublime! Would love to get the details of suppliers if available - via PM - for future direct orders in volume, if they happen to be local to Oxfordshire. Thank you for your consideration! :)
