Agree this fascinating.... haven’t ever done this for scad myself. Strategy is to leave alone if possible but get in there if ongoing ischaemia and/or reduced flow. This is definitely an option I would consider for image-proven intramural haematoma

We may need to all agree this mechanism so that all doctors are accountable for their actions

Agree... it is genuinely possible that one persons perception of an interaction was that it was sexist whilst the other just thought it was unsatisfactory without knowing why... or worse, not notice anything at all!? Increased awareness for everyone will be key

I then give them their “before and after” souvenir PPCI photos with “do not smoke” written on it

I then give the pictures to the spouse and tell them to stop too

There is likely a spectrum in the way we behave, determined by many factors both conscious and unconscious, which means that increasing awareness of the effect of our behaviours & need for change is key?
